  They had horrible customer service. When we tried to get in line the lady blocked the line off and told us to wait in another line. Then the same lady, who could have been helping at a checkout register stood there and directed people where to go. She ushered the people behind us to go ahead of us to checkout first while we waited because we had to move lines. Also, the food was overpriced. I tried to support a smaller, local business, but unfortunately they can not expect people to come back when their customer service is worse than the bigger chain stores.
